I think the answer will be 72.
If the length of the payload field in Ethernet802.3 frame is less than 46 bytes, then padding data is added to bring its length up to the required minimum of 46 bytes.
So here payload = 41+5(padding) = 46
Hence Ethernet frame size = 46+26 = 72.
